We sit here in the darkness, me and all my brothers.
We have a single father, but none of us have mothers.
When we are finally born we unmake the birth of others.

Uh... sperm?

Sperm have no mothers and do reside together in darkness, but when they emerge they create life rather then destroy it. You say wrong sai.

I don't know, I think I'm spot on if we're going existential- "undo the birth of others," could be commentary on man killing man. Deep!

yeah, I was thinking sperm. When one sperm fertilizes the egg of a woman, all the other thousands of sperm die inside the uterus. I say it counts

Okay... my guess is anthrax spores. They are dormant but get "born" when they infect a host. damn you and your riddle, I've had this stuck in my brain a couple days now

Sperm is still not the correct answer Oh Tics.

Anthrax, butcher bacterium. Truly, when they are born they burn whatever life they touch to the ground. However, like fungus, bacteria have no sex, hence they have no mothers and no fathers. You say wrong sai.
