My partner can’t do dishes and never walks the pooch
I pay to keep my partner, but don’t think he’s a mooch
I've never met a house cat that could talk and unless you buy your dog on layaway I don't think you have to keep paying for it aside from food and such. I won't say your answer is wrong, but there is a better one.
